Shipping Information

At HAVENIA, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible—from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your selected address.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times refer to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on several factors, most importantly your location.

Estimated delivery times by destination:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

  • International: 7–10 business days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control. For international orders, customs processing may cause additional delays, which can extend the delivery timeframe beyond the estimates listed above.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order being placed to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at support@havenias.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once the order has entered processing.

Delayed Delivery

At HAVENIA, we understand how important timely delivery is and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

These may include courier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.

Additionally, delays may occur due to product availability, address verification issues, or payment processing delays. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that HAVENIA is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. That said, we will always do our best to keep you informed and assist you wherever possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once a package has been handed over to our courier partners, it is outside of our direct control.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@havenias.com, and we will do our best to assist you. We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have procedures in place for lost or stolen shipments.

We may follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates when available. Please note that HAVENIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement.

If the courier is unable to locate the package, you may be advised to file a police report.

HAVENIA reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version of this policy before making a purchase.
