To allow enough time to experience the full benefits of our products, we recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days of use, you may request a return under our 60-day money-back guarantee. All return requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may be unable to accommodate changes as the order may have already entered processing.

If your order is successfully cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality and effectiveness of HAVENIA products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits.

If you are still unhappy after 14 days, you may return the product within the 60-day guarantee period for a refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Minor damage to external packaging (such as dented boxes) while the product itself remains intact is not considered product damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@havenia.com and including a clear photo of the damage. We will review the claim and determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, HAVENIA is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are beyond our control, including delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen shipping issues.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly for assistance. HAVENIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
